LegalShield has hired Joel Layton, a marketing and technology leader, as Vice President, Direct-to-Consumer. He will oversee initiatives to enhance the customer experience and broaden market reach.

Layton brings more than 20 years of expertise in e-commerce, brand strategy and customer experience from brands such as Lands' End, ADP and Shinola. His background blends digital performance marketing with a customer-centric approach to brand development.
